Chef Glen Gardner grew up with the aspiration to be a chef and started with a Culinary Degree from George Brown College. Since 2003, Glen has been in the position of Executive Chef at the Sheraton Parkway Hotel, Suites & Conference Centre. Sheraton Parkway Hotel’s dining room, the “Crave” restaurant has a varied menu including specials and menu items that utilize local ingredients, and artisan breads, including Manoucher breads. He appreciates the quality and uniqueness of foods that are locally sourced.
