| In her book Loaf, Crust and Crumb, Silvija Davidson has labelled this bread the "jewel in the crown" in our bread line. At first glance one is drawn to the hand formed curves on top which cradle morsels of sundried tomato and fresh basil. Once it is sliced gently after toasting, the transformation is complete. The slight salty taste from the sun drenched tomatoes combined with the fresh chopped basil carries one to a land of sun, sea and sand.
